Regarding the BBC note on what we hope will be the last bullfight in Barcelona ("Bullfighting in Barcelona to end with Catalonia ban", 24 September 2011), we would like to point out that, contrary to what is implied in the story, bullfights are becoming impopular not only among "Catalan nationalists" but all over Spain.
